Vining Peas

Harvested from the vine (hence the name) these are what you eat as 'frozen' peas. They taste so fresh becasue they are typically frozen within 150 minutes of being harvested.

The ability to do this is thanks to the dedicated teams who harvest and process these peas 24 hours a day during the harvesting season.

The machines used to harvest also play a key part - they are very complex but never cease to amaze with their ability to take 'ingest' the pea plant seperate and pod the peas which can then be quickly transported to the processing plant and not end up as 'MUSHY PEAS'
